Abstract

Der Berufseinstieg von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern stellt Anforderungen, die strukturbedingt im Rahmen der Ausbildung nur begrenzt erfahrbar gemacht werden können. Berufseinsteigende sind gefordert, bei «laufendem Betrieb» einen geregelten Schulalltag aufzubauen und aufgrund situativer Begebenheiten und eigener Entscheidungen weiter zu entwickeln. Dies stellt Lehrpersonen vor neue Herausforderungen, Weiterlernen ist angesagt. Der folgende Beitrag zeigt auf, wie Lehrpersonen bei Eintritt in die eigenverantwortliche Berufstätigkeit berufliche Anforderungen wahrnehmen.
