Theory of change

This publication describes the theory of change and is part of a series of tools and methods compiled in the td-net toolbox for co-producing knowledge (www.transdisciplinarity.ch/toolbox). Theory of change is a practical approach for iterative planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning for change-oriented research.
