Guideline for Method and Protocol Standardization (Deliverable 4.2)

Abstract

The goal of the current deliverable was therefore to construct an interactive system ensuring flexibility of the system so that new measurement insights or new techniques can be added easily, collection of enough data and metadata to ensure current and future interpretation of NP characterisation data without the burden of collecting and storing superfluous information, creation of a protocol database and automatic coupling of obtained data and protocols via ontologies.
