This is a visualization project for G20 expenditures for healthcare, education, and the military. Included in the zip folder are my raw data files, Python code (used for cleaning and formatting the data); HTML, CSS, and Javascript code (used for designing the visualizations and the website); and a movie that presents the project. Data sources are included in the website. To access the website, first unzip the folder. Then set your computer's working directory to the folder, and set up a server (on Macs, the command to do so is: "python3 -m http.server"). You can now navigate to your browser, and type in the following address: "localhost:8000/". Click the "Website" link, and then click the "HTML" link. You should now be able to view the website. Please note that although the website's files are local, its vizualizations rely on Google API – so you will need working Internet to view the charts.
