Zusammenarbeit in Kollegien von Schulen unter dem Anspruch von Professionalität

Abstract

In diesem einführenden Beitrag wird eine funktionsbezogene Beschreibung verschiedener kooperativer Aktivitäten aufgebaut. Zuerst wenden wir uns Kooperation und Kollegialität als Faktoren des beruflichen Kompetenzaufbaus zu, um anschließend Bezüge zum Professionalitätsdiskurs aufzugreifen. Ein dritter Teil ist der Zusammenarbeit in Kollegien als Bedingung für die Schulqualitätssicherung und -entwicklung gewidmet. Aufbauend auf diese drei Teile stellen wir Kooperation anhand von vier Dimensionen dar: Zusammenarbeit wird immer im Rahmen einer pädagogischen Organisationseinheit eingegangen (1), richtet sich auf Ziele und Inhalte einer bestimmten Ebene des Bildungsgeschehens aus (2), erfolgt in bestimmten Formen der Kooperation (3) und zeigt sich in Qualitäten von symmetrischen, teilweise auch rollenspezifisch-asymmetrischen Beziehungen (4). Der gesamte Sammelband ist hier innerhalb des Netzwerks der PH Zürich als Volltext zugänglich.
