Abstract

Für die jungen Asylsuchenden und Flüchtlinge des Integrationssemesters Kompass GmbH ist es für den späteren Berufseinstieg besonders wichtig Arbeitserfahrungen zu sammeln und die Schweizer Berufswelt kennenzulernen. Im Kompass können Arbeitsstationen jedoch nur bedingt simuliert werden, weshalb es professionelle Arbeitsbetriebe braucht, um ihnen reale Einblicke in die Arbeitswelt zu ermöglichen. Durch das Projekt Partnerbetriebe finden - Möglichkeiten schaffen werden solche Arbeitsbetriebe gesucht und für eine Zusammenarbeit angefragt. Fernziel ist es, dass die Schüler und Schülerinnen des Integrationssemesters Kompass GmbH ab Oktober 2019 bei den neuen Partnerbetrieben Arbeitseinsätze tätigen. Die bei den Einsätzen erworbenen Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten sollen sie anschliessend bei der Suche nach einer beruflichen Einstiegsmöglichkeit unterstützen und ihr Selbstvertrauen stärken.
