Abstract

Cette étude a pour objectif de mettre en exergue la contribution des nouvelles pratiques de GRH comme l’empowerment et le marketing RH sur les comportements innovationnels des acteurs. L’étude a été menée auprès d’Algérie Télécom, Unité de Mascara, qui a connu un certain nombre de changements organisationnels, notamment un changement structurel très important. Ces changements ont été introduits pour permettre à l’entreprise de s’adapter à son nouvel environnement, elle a de ce fait adoptée le slogan : « LIBÉREZ LA CRÉATIVITÉ QUI EST EN VOUS »[1]. A l’issue de quoi, nous avons pu détecter l’existence d’un impact positif de l’empowerment et du marketing RH sur l’innovation organisationnelle au sein d’Algérie télécom. [1]www.algerietelecom.dz
