R package for analysis of hybrids and hybrid zones. Currently includes Bayesian hybrid index and genomic cline estimation for bi-allelic genomic data. Archive contains a zip of the R source package including a Readme file. The current version of gghybrid can also be installed from within R using the following two lines of code: install.packages("devtools"); devtools::install_github("ribailey/gghybrid")
