Abstract

Schulleitungspersonen arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld. Die Schaffung einer Co-Schulleitung ist eine Möglichkeit, um auf die vielfältigen Anforderungen zu reagie-ren. Co-Leitung bringt zwar zahlreiche Vorteile mit sich, ist aber auch ein sehr an-spruchsvolles Führungsmodell. Sind die Voraussetzungen für eine Co-Leitung erfüllt, kann sie ihr grosses Potenzial entfalten: Mehr Ideen, weniger Belastung und eine positive Ausstrahlung für eine partnerschaftliche Kultur der Zusammenarbeit.
