This article surveys the concept of salvation , the effective factors and obstacles in achieving it from Molana’s view. In Mathnavi- Ma'navi, salvation means to liberation from any kind of spiritual sufferings, acheivment nearness and unity with God and anihiliation the wayfarer in His substance .In his view it is possible to attaining salvation by one’s struggle , holding shari’a, mystical practicing ,self-purification through good deeds, getting moral vertues. مقالهی حاضر مفهوم نجات ، عوامل مؤثر در نیل به رستگاری و موانع حصول آن را از دیدگاه مولانا مورد بررسی قرار داده است.مولانا در کتاب مثنوی معنوی، نجات را به معنی رهایی از آلام روحانی ،نیل به مقام قرب الهی ، اتحاد و فنا شدن سالک در ذات حق دانسته است. از دیدگاه او دست یابی به نجات با تلاش و کوشش فردی ، تمسک به شریعت ،سلوک عرفانی وتهذیب نفس از طریق انجام اعمال صالح و کسب فضایل اخلاقی امکان پذیر است. وی افزون بر دنیا و مادیات ،شرور متافیزیکی و اخلاقی را چون شیطان ، نفس ، گناه ، جهل از جمله موانع دستیابی به نجات لحاظ کرده است
