Ergebnisse der ZKI Top Trends-Umfrage des ZKI-Arbeitskreises Strategie und Organisation für das Jahr 2020

Abstract

Der Arbeitskreis Strategie und Organisation des ZKI-Vereins führt eine jährliche Umfrage zu den wichtigsten Themen und Schwerpunkten der Mitgliedseinrichtungen durch. Im Jahr 2016 wurde die Umfrage auf eine Online-Umfrage mittels LimeSurvey umgestellt. Für das Jahr 2020 wurde die Umfrage mit einem zusätzlichen Fragenkatalog zum Schwerpunkt „Digitalisierung“ erweitert. Der Hauptkatalog von 12 Kernfragen ist in jedem Jahr einheitlich und besteht aus Freitextfragen. Die Antworten hierzu werden kategorisiert und für die Zählung aufbereitet. In diesem Artikel werden die Ergebnisse der Top Trends-Umfrage 2020 im Einzelnen dargestellt.
