The paper presents the main schemes based on which installations for electrospark alloying have been and are being created. Schemes of generators of spark impulses from the first relaxation RC-generators to the separated semiconductor are considered. Ways of improvement of schemes and of characteristics of the received coverings are offered. It is shown that high-frequency processing considerably improves qualitative characteristics of the deposited layers.
