ANALISIS STRUKTUR ATAS UNTUK PERENCANAAN BANGUNAN RANGKA BAJA PROJECT PT. BOGATAMA MARINUSA MAKASSAR, SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

PT. Bogatama Marinusa adalah merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembekuan udang dan biota-biota laut. Saat ini perusahaan tersebut sedang melakukan perluasan pabrik untuk memenuhi kenaikan permintaan pasar sehingga pembangunan sarana dan prasarana harus dilakukan sesegera mungkin. Salah satu pabrik yang diperluas berada di Makassar Sulawesi Selatan. Agar pabrik yang didirikan tersebut dapat aman maka perlu perencanaan konstruksi struktur yang kokoh dan mampu menahan beban-beban yang bekerja pada bangunan tersebut. Oleh karena itu peneliti merasa perlu untuk mengangkat penelitian tentang analisis perhitungan struktur bangunan atas sehingga dapat memberi masukan bagi pihak PT. Bogatama Marinusa Makassar. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisa struktur bangunan atas PT. Bogatama Marinusa yang memiliki rangka utama struktur baja. Analisa struktur dimulai dari bagian bangunan paling atas seperti penutup atap galvalum, gording, trekstang, kuda-kuda dan kolom baja. Perhitungan kekuatan mengacu pada Peraturan Perencanaan Bangunan Baja Indonesia 1983 dan Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Baja Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1729-2002. Peneliti akan menggunakan program Excel dan Staad Pro V8i untuk mempermudah perhitungan. Hasil perhitungan menghasilkan kesimpulan: (1) bangunan dengan tinggi kolom 2,5 m, lebar bangunan 26 m, memiliki bentang 20 m, untuk analisis perhitungan struktur gording C125x50x20x3,2 diperoleh beban mati sebesar 12,21 kg/m², beban hidup air hujan sebesar 43,03 kg/m², dan beban angin tekan sebesar -12 kg/m², angin hisap sebesar -16 kg/m², beban yang di terima trestang sebesar 150 kg dan diperoleh besar diameter trestang adalah 16 mm. (2) Kuda-kuda WF 250x125x6x9 diperoleh beban mati sebesar 133,76 kg/m, beban hidup sebesar 5,52 kg/m, beban angin sebesar 99,6 kg/m, kombinasi beban tetap sebesar 139,28 kg/m, dan kombinasi beban sementara sebesar 238,88 kg/m.(3) kolom WF 300x150x6x9 diperoleh momen max 11.008 kgcm, gaya geser 4.403 kg, gaya aksial 4.255 kg menggunakan tegangan izin <1.600 kg/m.
