Release v.1.2.0 of the Topographic-Analysis-Kit for TopoToolbox. This release includes the native MATLAB functions, but also a new GUI interface that can be used as a front end in either MATLAB or without MATLAB using the Runtime Environment. The GUI is introduced as a replacement for the old compiled versions of the codes which were problematic to support. These are still included in the release, but are no longer being updated or fixed. Also new in this release is a detailed tutorial for both the native MATLAB functions or the GUI version of TAK which provides a more detailed introduction to the use of TAK with many examples. These tutorial files are stored in the 'TutorialFiles.tar.gz' included in the release. This release also includes minor updates and bug fixes to many of the core TAK functions.
