Abstract

Le vieillissement démographique représente un défi pour les villes et les communes suisses, entre autres dans la conception des espaces de vie sociaux. Avec l’étude « Environnements favorables aux personnes âgées en Suisse », pour la première fois en Suisse, un état des lieux national concernant les stratégies et le travail liés à la vieillesse dans les communes suisses est disponible. Le rapport démontre : le vieillissement de la population est un sujet dont les communes se préoccupent. Des stratégies et lignes directrices forment un cadre de référence précieux pour l’élaboration de la politique favorable aux aînés au niveau local et régional. L’étude « Environnements favorables aux personnes âgées en Suisse » a été mandatée par la «a+ Swiss Platform Ageing Society» et a été conçue par l’Académie suisse des sciences humaines et sociales en collaboration avec l’Union des villes suisses ainsi que l’Association des communes suisses. L’institut de recherche gfs.bern a effectué l’étude. Cette dernière se base sur un sondage en ligne, auquel ont participé 927 des 2'222 communes suisses (état 2019).
