The study revealed the presence and regularities of the combination of medico-social and neurocognitive characteristics of maladaptation in patients with schizoaffective disorder.The study revealedthe combination of signs of labor maladaptation formation with deficiencyof short-term auditory memory (p<0.05), constructive praxis (p<0.05), finger gnosis (p<0.05), spatial relationships (p<0.05), face gnosis (p<0.05) and thinking (p<0.05). The largest number of cases of combination of medico-social factors with neurocognitive characteristics of short-term auditory memory, thinking, constructive praxis, body scheme, orientation in space, gnosis of faces was established. Neurocognitive disorders present in schizoaffective disorder in remission are components of nosospecific pathopersonalogical transformation.
