Dataset for paper "A drone-borne method to jointly estimate discharge and Manning's roughness of natural streams". The dataset contains the videos used for Particle Image Velocitymetry (PIV) of all the 27 sites. The open source freely available software PIVlab (MATLAB) can be used to obtain the velocity field in pixel unit. To convert the velocity field from pixels into the metric units, it is possible to use the values of px [m/pixel] available in a Table in the Supporting Information of the published paper. Additional processing codes (Matlab) to estimate the velocity profile and compute discharge are available in a Gitlab repository upon demand.
