Abstract

En el mundo de hoy, computación en la nube es algo en lo que varias industrias están enfocando su atención y adaptándose. Proporciona escalabilidad dinámica y uso de recursos virtualizados como un servicio a través de Internet. En este artículo, nos centramos en el impacto a futuro de la computación en la nube en los institutos educativos, como una buena alternativa para aquellos que tienen presupuesto escaso para operar sus sistemas de información de manera efectiva, sin invertir más capital en computadores y dispositivos de red. Las universidades aprovechan las aplicaciones basadas en la nube disponibles que ofrecen los proveedores de servicios y las ofrecen a los estudiantes y a los profesores para realizar tareas administrativas y académicas. En este artículo, se revisó lo que puede proporcionar la infraestructura de computación en la nube en el ámbito educativo, especialmente en las universidades donde el uso de computadores es más intensivo y qué se puede hacer para aumentar los beneficios de las aplicaciones comunes para estudiantes y profesores, y cómo herramienta para desarrollar un sistema que puede funcionar como nube privada, pública o híbrida.
