Modely informačného správania v kontexte cieľov projektu HIBER (1. časť)

Abstract

Models of information Seeking Behavior in the context of the HIBER Project Objectives (Part 1). Katedra knižničnej a informačnej vedy (ďalej KKIV) Filozofickej fakulty UK v Bratislave je jedným zo spoluriešiteľov výskumného projektu APVV-15-0508 pod názvom HIBER – Human Information Behavior in the Digital Environment (Informačné správanie sa človeka v digitálnom priestore). Keďže téma informačného správania človeka patrí k dominantným pilierom odboru knižničnej a informačnej vedy, jednou z úloh, ktorou chcú členovia KKIV prispieť k riešeniu projektu, je dôkladná analýza konceptu informačného správania, predovšetkým prostredníctvom modelov tohto výskumného fenoménu. Department of LIS on Comenius University in Bratislava has participated on APVV project HIBER - Human Information Behavior in the Electronic Environment. One of the goals is to analyze the wide spectrum of models of information seeking behavior. In this article is analyzed concept of information need as an activation mechanism of a human information behavior. The second part is focused on analysis and description selected models by Marcia Bates, David Ellis, Carol Kuhlthau, Brenda Dervin, Allen Foster, Nils Pharo, Kalervo Järvelin and Katariina Byström.
