Konferenzmetadaten als Basis für szientometrische Indikatoren

Abstract

Wissenschaft in Zeiten der Vielfalt an evaluierbaren Daten zu bewerten, stellt eine Herausforderung für alle Akteure dar. Neben klassischen Publikationen sind auch Konferenzen ein Teil des Wissenschaftsprozesses und haben für insbesondere für die Disziplinen Informatik und Ingenieurswissenschaften sowie für die Gesellschaft insgesamt eine hohe Relevanz. Szientometrische Indikatoren können Konferenzen und die Teilnahme an solchen bewertbar zu machen. In diesem Vortrag werden die Ergebnisse eines Vergleichs verschiedener Konferenzmetadatenschemata vor diesem Hintergrund vorgenommen.
