Abstract

Se ofrecen los contenidos del curso "Visión integral de las bibliotecas: función, valor, servicios, recursos, usuarios y estrategias" impartido por personal académico de la Biblioteca Daniel Cosío Villegas de El Colegio de México. El curso tiene por objetivo: sensibilizar al personal de las bibliotecas públicas sobre el rol social que desempeñan frente a las comunidades que atienden y desarrollar en ellos actitudes que deriven en mejores servicios para sus usuarios. Los contenidos del curso son: La biblioteca pública, función, servicios, misión, encuentro y comunidad, organización de la información impartido por Guadalupe Vega Díaz El valor social de las bibliotecas y de su personal impartido por Lourdes Quiroa Herrera Estrategias para desarrollar comunidades, vinculación con actores del entorno impartido por Lourdes Guerrero Andrade ¿Quién es mi usuario? Diferentes estrategias de atención para diferentes tipos de usuario impartido por Víctor Cid Carmona Mejores servicios hacen mejores usuarios: la formación de usuarios autónomos impartido por Israel Escobar Farfán La gestión de los servicios impartido por Valentín Ortiz Reyes Los recursos de información en las bibliotecas impartido por Eduardo Ruvalcaba Burgoa El trabajo en red: aprovechar los recursos tecnológicos para socializar experiencias y prácticas impartido por Claudia Escobar Vallarta y Silvia Gutiérrez de la Torre
