VIVO@HSMW - das neue FIS der Hochschule Mittweida

Abstract

Seit 2013 arbeitet die Hochschule Mittweida mit einem selbst entwickelten Forschungsinformationssystem. Um den im Laufe des Betriebes gewachsenen Anforderungen der Forschenden und der Hochschulleitung gerecht zu werden, wurden erneut verschiedene Forschungsinformationssysteme evaluiert - zugunsten von VIVO. Der Werkstattbericht geht auf die Einführung von VIVO, mit den Kernthemen ‚Migration der vorhandenen Daten‘ und ‚zu bewältigende technische Herausforderungen‘ ein. Im Fokus des Vortrags steht zudem die Erarbeitung einer Ordnung für den Einsatz von VIVO im Hochschulumfeld unter Berücksichtigung rechtlicher Aspekte wie Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit.
