Abstract

Humanisasi pendidikan adalah proses pendidikan yang ditujukan untuk pengembangan potensi-potensi peserta didik sebagai manusia seutuhnya, yang dilakukan secara manusiawi (memanusiakan rnanusia), sehingga peserta didik dapat berkembang baik menuju kearah kesempurnaan. Pandangan manusia dan proses humanisasi, banyak diuraikan dan diyakini selalu menjadi perhatian para pemikir dalam pelbagai bidang ilmu. Namun, meskipun ada banyak pendapat tentang humanisme, yang paling jelas, baik secara sadar ataupun tidak sadar, eksplisit maupun implisit, terarah pada keinginan yang besar untuk mengkultuskan manusia. Humanisasi pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk menyiapkan generasi yang cerdas nalar, cerdas emosional, dan cerdas spiritual, bukan menciptakan manusia yang kerdil, pasif, dan tidak mampu mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi. Pendidikan meniscayakan untuk lebih membentuk manusia lebih manusiawi, dan tentunya dengan mengedepankan aspek-aspek kemanusiaan, karena peserta didik adalah manusia yang harus dimanusiakan. Humanization of education is the educational process aimed at the development of the potential learners as a whole human, which is done humanely (humanize rnanusia), so that learners can grow well towards the direction of perfection. Human views and the process of humanization, many described and believed to always be the attention of thinkers in various fields of science. Yet, although there are many opinions about humanism, most obviously, consciously or unconsciously, explicitly or implicitly, is directed at a great desire to cult people.Humanization of education is an attempt to prepare a generation of intelligent reasoning, intelligent emotional, and spiritual intelligent, rather than creating people who are stunted, passive, and unable to overcome the problems faced. Education necessitates to make human beings more human, and of course by putting forward the aspects of humanity, because students are human beings who must be humanized .
