Abstract

Las directivas apuntan a los puntos débiles que se identificaron durante la crisis financiera con respecto a el funcionamiento del órgano de dirección y sus miembros. Las Directrices tienen como objetivo mejorar y armonizar la evaluación de la idoneidad dentro del sector financiero de la UE, y garantizar una buena disposición de gobernanza en las instituciones.
