Guía técnica sobre Comisiones de Auditoría de entidades de interés público

El Consejo de la CNMV ha aprobado con fecha 27 de junio de 2017, previo informe de su Comité Consultivo, la presente Guía Técnica, al amparo de lo previsto en el artículo 21.3 y 21.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado mediante el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre (LMV).
