Abstract

El sistema de formación pedagógica para los docentes de la carrera de Enfermería se sostiene en la fundamentación filosófica, psicopedagógica, didáctica y de enfermería para contribuir a la educación continua y se valida con el método Delphi en la Universidad de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Sus características esenciales son: intencionalidad, flexibilidad y contextualización y cuenta con tres subsistemas: Pedagogía Básica, Actualización Pedagógica e Innovación Pedagógica.
