Abstract

Ce poster scientifique a été réalisé dans le cadre du Master of Science HES-SO en Sciences de l'information (Master IS) à la Haute école de gestion de Genève (HEG-GE). Ce mandat fait suite au projet de recherche de Kate Espasandin, Aurélie Jaquet et Lise Lefort réalisé en 2018 (étudiantes en Master IS 2016-2018) qui a permis d’établir un panorama des identifiants pérennes (PID - persistent identifiers) utilisés de nos jours, et au projet Identités de Confiance pour les Données de l’Art et du Design (ICOPAD), réalisé entre juin 2017 et décembre 2018 à la HEG-GE. La situation en Suisse concernant l’attribution et la coordination de ces identifiants n’est actuellement pas satisfaisante. Nous allons donc étudier dans ce travail les possibilités de création d’un Hub offrant une solution « identifiants pérennes pour tous et tout » au niveau national. La nature de ce projet est partagée entre des aspects techniques, juridiques, organisationnels et financiers. L’enjeu est de proposer au moins un modèle conceptuel de Hub facilitant l’attribution et la gestion de PID, notamment d’Archival Resource Keys (ARK), sur le territoire suisse. Swiss PID Hub fait également office d’étude préparatoire au projet Infrastructure Nationale d’un Complément d’Identifiants Pérennes, Interopérables et Traçables (INCIPIT) soumis en août 2019 au fonds « P-5 Information scientifique » de swissuniversities lors de l’appel à projets pour l’année 2020 (Call 192), visant à financer des projets qui se basent sur les mesures de la Stratégie de mise en œuvre 2017 – 2020.
