This repository contains additional files and code of the numerical experiments presented in: "The formation of continental fragments in subduction settings: the importance of structural inheritance and subduction system dynamics" - Journal of Geophysical Research. We have included the following files: the (uncompiled) code, input files of experiments presented in the paper, matlab scripts to read raw output and create .vtk and .pvd files and (selected) output files in .vtr and .pvd formats. A README.pdf file that provides more details is included.
