Abstract

Data relating to journal article for Environmental Communication, entitled "Persistent paradigm: the framing of Extinction Rebellion protests in the UK press". The journal article examines sourcing and frames in the coverage of Extinction Rebellion in four UK newspapers, the Guardian, Mirror, Telegraph and Mail. This dataset comprises: - newspaper articles from the Daily Mail (pdf) - newspaper articles from the Daily Telegraph (pdf) - newspaper articles from the Guardian (pdf) - newspaper articles from the Daily Mirror (pdf) - coding sheet of sources identified in coverage (.xls) - coding sheet of frames identified (.xls)
