Simulated dataset of tropical cyclone induced gravity wave perturbations in the upper atmosphere

These data are three-demensional parameters including longitude, latitude, altitude, electron density, neutral density in the upper atmosphere simulated by GITM-R after imposing tropical cyclone induced gravity waves at the lower boundary. The *global.bin data describe the coarse-resolution layer in the global domain. The *regional.bin data describe the high-resolution int the local domain.
