This report introduces identified reference projects and results for review to support the development of methods for measuring citizen-science impact. The projects provide an insight into the use of citizen science in a wide range of contexts and explore impact-related concepts, methods, tools, implementation frameworks of citizen science, nature-based solutions and river restoration concepts from which indicators can be derived to evaluate the operationalisation of citizen-science concepts in the pilot.
