In order for Iraq to deliver a high-quality service to its resident population, this research proposes that there is an absolute need for management in Iraq petrochemical firms whereby there is a clear understanding of what constitutes „total quality management" and how this should be implemented, as success is more likely if these organizations abide by established total quality principles in their day-to-day operations.
