Background: Breast cancer (BC) is the most common cancer, and the second most common cause of death in females. The study aimed for increasing the awareness about BC and the practice of screening tests among Iraqi women. Methods: A cross-sectional survey study was conducted at Clinical Pharmacy Department, College of Pharmacy. The studied population consisted of 807 Iraqi female. A questionnaire was constructed based on the study aims. Likelihood ratio of goodness for Multinomial logistic regression model was used. Results: The mean participants age was 25.8±16.5 years. Most of them 590(73.1%) were undergraduate education, and from Baghdad city. Multinomial logistic regression of knowledge was having a significant statistical association for BC. Conclusions: The knowledge on BC measured at low level. The higher level of education, higher income, and increase age are predictor factor for better knowledge.
