Die hier veröffentlichen Leitfäden fanden Verwendung im Projekt "Sichtbarmachung von Open-Access-Publikationen in den Nachweisinstrumenten einer Bibliothek - visOA". Sie wurden entwickelt anhand einer Literaturrecherche zur qualitativen Wahrnehmung wissenschaftlicher Publikationen und wurden zur Durchführung von Interviews zum gleichen Thema verwendet. Die Untersuchungen (Literaturstudie und qualitative Interviews) waren Teil der Begleitforschung von visOA.
