Fuzzy multicriteria decision making method based on the improved accuracy function for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets

Abstract

Une nouvelle fonction de précision pour la théorie des ensembles flous intuitionnistes à valeurs d'intervalle, qui surmonte certaines difficultés rencontrées dans les méthodes existantes pour déterminer le rang des nombres flous intuitionnistes à valeurs d'intervalle, est proposée en tenant compte du degré d'hésitation des ensembles flous intuitionnistes à valeurs d'intervalle. En la comparant à plusieurs fonctions de précision proposées, la nécessité et l'efficacité de notre fonction de précision sont fournies en donnant des exemples connexes. Une méthode de prise de décision multicritère floue est établie pour sélectionner la meilleure alternative dans le processus de prise de décision multicritère qui est prise comme un ensemble flou intuitionniste à valeurs d'intervalle de valeurs de critères pour les alternatives. Tout en agrégeant les informations floues intuitionnistes à valeur d'intervalle correspondant à chaque alternative, nous utilisons les opérateurs d'agrégation à pondération floue intuitionnistes à valeur d'intervalle. Ensuite, le degré de précision des informations floues intuitionnistes agrégées par intervalles est calculé via la nouvelle fonction de précision proposée. Ainsi, nous pouvons classer toutes les alternatives en fonction de la fonction de précision et choisir la ou les alternatives optimales. Enfin, un exemple illustratif est donné pour démontrer la praticité et l'efficacité de l'approche proposée.

Se propone una nueva función de precisión para la teoría del conjunto difuso intuicionista valorado por intervalos, que supera algunas dificultades que surgen en los métodos existentes para determinar el rango de los números difusos intuicionistas valorados por intervalos, teniendo en cuenta el grado de vacilación de los conjuntos difusos intuicionistas valorados por intervalos. Al compararla con varias funciones de precisión propuestas, se proporciona la necesidad y la eficiencia de nuestra función de precisión dando ejemplos relacionados. Se establece un método de toma de decisiones multicriterio difuso para seleccionar la mejor alternativa en el proceso de toma de decisiones multicriterio que se toma como un conjunto intuicionista difuso de valores de criterio para las alternativas. Al agregar la información difusa intuicionista de valor de intervalo correspondiente a cada alternativa, utilizamos los operadores de agregación ponderada difusa intuicionista de valor de intervalo. A continuación, se calcula el grado de precisión de la información borrosa intuicionista agregada valorada en intervalos a través de la nueva función de precisión propuesta. Por lo tanto, podemos clasificar todas las alternativas de acuerdo con la función de precisión y elegir la (s) óptima (s). Finalmente, se da un ejemplo ilustrativo para demostrar la practicidad y efectividad del enfoque propuesto.

A new accuracy function for the theory of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set, which overcomes some difficulties arising in the existing methods for determining rank of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, is proposed by taking into account the hesitancy degree of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. By comparing it with several proposed accuracy functions, the necessity and efficiency of our accuracy function are provided by giving related examples. A fuzzy multicriteria decision making method is established to select the best alternative in multicriteria decision making process which is taken as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set of criterion values for alternatives. While aggregating the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, we utilize the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation operators. Then the accuracy degree of the aggregated interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information is computed via the new proposed accuracy function. Thus, we can rank all the alternatives according to the accuracy function and choose the optimal one(s). Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
