Análisis neutrosófico de la propuesta teórica metodológica para la formación de grupos gestores de proyectos socio-culturales

Abstract

En Pinar del Río, el proceso de formación de grupos gestores de proyectos socioculturales se caracteriza por falta de coherencia y sistematicidad en las acciones. La investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar una propuesta teórica-metodológica de formación de grupos gestores en los proyectos socioculturales de la ciudad de Pinar del Río, como vía para lograr la integración de habilidades, conocimientos y valores. Como referente teórico se asumió la metodología de la Educación Popular, y de la Investigación Acción Participación, (IAP) para proponer acciones de intervención sociocultural que tributen al desarrollo de los proyectos. La propuesta consta de cuatro etapas: diagnóstico, formación, implementación y evaluación. Para su validación se aplicó en un estudio de caso único y se validó por el métodode triangulación metodológica, además de aplicar un IADOVNeutrosófico que permitió validar el nivel de satisfacción que posee la implementación de la propuesta al realizar un análisis de sus resultados en términos lingüísticos.
