Análise Geoespacial e Temporal dos Indicadores de Alta Complexidade em Saúde no Estado de São Paulo

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta as taxas de internações por alta complexidade hospitalar no âmbito do SUS, para o Estado de São Paulo, no período de 2008 até 2016. Estudo descritivo que utilizou dados secundários do Sistema de Informações Hospitalares (SIH/SUS). Nossos achados revelaram maiores taxas de internações por alta complexidade hospitalar na Microrregião de Barretos, e, dentre os municípios da microrregião de SP, destacaram-se São Bernardo do Campo e São Caetano do Sul, sendo os procedimentos cirúrgicos os mais registrados. As menores taxas foram encontradas na microrregião de Franco da Rocha e dentro da microrregião de SP no município de Ribeirão Pires.
