Abstract

A MORTE EXPLICA A VIDA: IMPORTANCIA DA RESSONÂNCIA MAGNÉTICA NO DIAGNÓSTICO PÓS MORTE Maria do Socorro de Lima Silva, (Universidade de Brasília- UNB); Adasildo Carvalho da Silva, (Universidade de Brasília- UNB); Marinalda Mendes de Araújo (Universidade de Brasília). Introdução: Técnicas de imagens traz informações com garantia de aprimorar a qualidade prognóstica de indivíduos doentes, saudáveis e até mesmo um diagnóstico pós morte. Conclusões obtidas em estudos pós morte, ainda estão sendo testados em amostras populacional de indivíduos, mais já vigora em para Serviço de Verificação de Óbitos (SVO) (LEONARDO. et.al, 2014). Os estudos são feitos no primeiro equipamento de Ressonância Magnética (RM) 7 Tesla da América Latina. Situado no complexo da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (LIANA, 2015). Metodologia: O estudo compõe de uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter analítico a respeito das técnicas de imagens adquiridas para fins de diagnóstico para estudo de pós morte, utilizando como razão a Ressonância Magnética de 7 tesla, única no Brasil para tais estudos. A coleta de dados foi realizada mediante ao período de 2014 a 2019, quando iniciado os estudos. Resultados: Os resultados da pesquisa foram norteados por evidências científicas para desempenho da RM em procedimentos feitos em necropsia, esclarecimento de óbitos de causa natural não elucidada, em caso de óbito sem assistência médica ou com assistência médica onde a causa morte não foi definida ou é mal definida Conclusão: A exatidão das imagens geradas por um equipamento 7 Tesla, traduzida na resolução e na capacidade de discernir alterações, é 5,4 vezes superior à de equipamentos 3 Tesla e 21 vezes superior à de 1,5 Tesla utilizados em hospitais. A máquina estuda diagnóstico na neurociência e pós morte sendo a mais completa do Brasil. (PISA, 2015).
