V., Gozhenko Е. A. Ukrainian Research Institute of Transport Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Summary The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of the rehabilitation complex with the inclusion of hydro-kinesiotherapy in patients with coronary heart disease after surgical myocardial revascularization. In our study, there were 55 patients aged 58,7 ± 8,9 from coronary heart disease who underwent surgical myocardial revascularization and were undergoing rehabilitation at the Bila Akacia sanatorium (Odessa). The analysis of the results of the study showed that the use of hydro-kinesiotherapy in the complex restorative treatment of this category of patients is effective and safe. After a course of rehabilitation, we observed a significant increase in stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction of 25,8 and 10,7 % (p < 0.05) in the patients as receiving additional hydro-kinesiotherapy, which is probably higher compared to the traditional complex. Key words: hydro-kinesiоtherapy, sanatorium rehabilitation, myocardial revascularization
