Abstract

Ob die Soziale Arbeit als eine Profession gilt, wird stets hinterfragt. Das professionelle Handeln rückt vermehrt in den Fokus der Debatte, da nicht ausschliesslich von einem statischen Professionsverständnis ausgegangen wird. Anhand der Theorien von Oevermann, Schütze und Heiner wurde professionelles Handeln in dieser Bachelorarbeit definiert. Wie sich herausstellt, sind Arbeits- und Handlungsprinzipien von Bedeutung für das professionelle Handeln, da sie einen Orientierungsrahmen für die Professionellen bieten. Bisher hat im Fachdiskurs jedoch keine systematisierte Auseinandersetzung stattgefunden. Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit geht der Frage nach: Inwiefern lässt sich professionelles Handeln durch Arbeits- und Handlungsprinzipien strukturieren? Mittels eines Systematic Reviews wurden zunächst zwölf Arbeits- und Handlungsprinzipien der Sozialen Arbeit ermittelt: Alltags- und Lebensweltnähe, Ressourcenorientierung, Partizipation, Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, Netzwerkorientierung, Beziehungs- und Rollengestaltung, Integration, Strukturierte Offenheit, Multiperspektivität, Dezentralisierung/Regionalisierung, Prävention sowie Hilfe und Kontrolle. Die theoretische Verortung zeigt auf, dass eine Strukturierung durchaus möglich ist: Diverse Arbeits- und Handlungsprinzipien stimmen mit theoretischen Teilaspekten professionellen Handelns überein. Die thematische Auseinandersetzung legt dar, dass Arbeits- und Handlungsprinzipien professionelles Handeln und somit die Professionalisierung der Sozialen Arbeit fördern.
