OpenIng - Open Access und Open Educational Resources in den Ingenieurwissenschaften

Abstract

Die TU Darmstadt, TU Braunschweig und Universität Stuttgart untersuchen rechtliche, organisatorische, reputationsbezogene und finanzielle Barrieren und werfen hierbei einen besonderen Blick auf die möglichen Synergien von OA und OER. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse werden genutzt, um neue technische und organisatorische Services, Unterstützungsangebote, Infomaterialien und Kommunikationskonzepte für die Ingenieurwissenschaften zu entwickeln, zu erproben und zu evaluieren. Die Bereitschaft zur Veröffentlichung von Publikationen und Lehrmaterialien als OA bzw. OER soll bei den Lehrenden in den Ingenieurwissenschaften deutlich intensiviert werden. Eine offene Nachnutzung der entwickelten Angebote durch andere interessierte Einrichtungen ist hierbei selbstverständlich möglich. Mit Dissem.in wird eine Plattform für Zweitveröffentlichungen genutzt, um den OA-Anteil in den Ingenieurwissenschaften zu erhöhen. Zunächst werden Schnittstellen für Repositorien der Projektpartner entwickelt. Ziel ist, weitere institutionelle Repositorien bei Dissem.in einzubinden, um den Grünen Weg des OA für Autorinnen und Autoren einfacher zu machen.
