Abstract

Penggunaan CCTV untuk menghasilkan rekaman kondisi lalu lintas yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai keperluan antara lain merancang sistem informasi lalu lintas pada Kota Bandar Lampung berbasis CCTV sehingga pola pengaturan / rekayasa lalu lintas di jalan raya bisa dilakukan dengan cepat dan efisien Salah satunya adalah untuk mendeteksi jenis kendaraan atau jumlah kendaraan yang melalui jalan tersebut seperti motor, mobil, dan truck. Mengenali suatu objek dalam citra dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi pola objek tersebut. Proses deteksi adanya citra objek dalam sebuah gambar dapat dilakukan dalam OpenCV (Open Computer Vision) yang diintegrasikan dengan software pemrograman. Sebuah aplikasi mobile sebagai pendukung dari sistem informasi lalu lintas juga dibuat untuk membantu para pengendara Kota Bandara Lampung, guna menampilkan informasi mengenai kemacetan lalu-lintas di Jalan Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam, Jalan Raden Intan, dan Jalan Sultan Agung. Aplikasi berbasis android dengan kelebihannya berpotensi dijadikan media untuk memberikan informasi secara tepat dan mudah kepada pengendara mengenai kemacetan lalu-lintas kota Bandar Lampung.
