Abstract

O desenvolvimento de métodos para análise de sinais fisiológicos relacionados ao estresse e à ansiedade pode contribuir para prevenir o agravamento de quadros clínicos patológicos relacionados a alterações de comportamento e suas repercussões sobre a saúde do indivíduo. O objetivo deste trabalho é construir um modelo matemático para caracterizar e classificar os indivíduos em saudáveis ou cardiopatas. Este é um estudo observacional, de coorte do tipo quantitativo. Serão incluídos no estudo pacientes de ambos os gêneros, independente da idade, com histórico de estresse e que foram submetidos a exames do eletrocardiografia (ECG). Os sinais biomédicos serão séries temporais de intervalos RR de indivíduos normais e coronariopatas. Para obter as séries temporais usadas neste artigo, fez-se uma consulta no banco de dados públicos, Physionet. Os sinais biológicos do Physionet foram captados por Holter de 24 horas. A partir do ECG, os intervalos RR são obtidos. Esses intervalos representam a duração de um ciclo cardíaco completo. A variabilidade da frequência cardíaca (VFC) dá-se pelas variações entre os intervalos RR relacionando-se diretamente ao sistema nervoso autônomo. Será utilizado o pacote SPSS, Excel e o Phyton para as análises estatísticas. Espera-se que a elaboração do modelo matemático, medida de tendência central (CTM), seja estatisticamente significativo para discriminar como os sinais biológicos relacionados a séries temporais em intervalos RR obtidos a partir do ECG podem ser usados para detectar as diferenças entre os indivíduos saudáveis e cardiopatas.
