Питание И Физическое Развитие Студентов (Ретроспективная Оценка)

Abstract

Проведена ретроспективная оценка факторов питания и физического развития студентов классического университета. Исследование проводилось в 2007–2010 годах на базе Дальневосточного федерального университета (ДВФУ). Выявлено, что недостаточное питание (дефицит массы тела) у 10% юношей и 22% девушек и низкий уровень физической работоспособности у 72% юношей и 65% девушек среди обследованных студентов. Наибольший вклад в состояние фактического питания и физической работоспособности студентов вносит уровень среднемесячных доходов. Влияние данного фактора максимально выражено в группе студентов со средним материальным достатком. Студенты с нарушением физического развития в большей степени подвержены негативному воздействию ряда факторов образа жизни. Выявленные особенности потребления пищи и физического развития могут служить основой для разработки конкретных рекомендаций по профилактике различных заболеваний у студентов.
