Belmont Forum Open Data Policy Evaluation Metrics

Abstract

This is a working paper prepared for the Belmont Forum Secretariat for consideration of metrics to be used to evaluate progress towards programmatic implementation of activities (training, data management templates, best practices, etc.) developed by the e-Infrastructures and Data Management Project to make operational the Belmont Forum Open Data Policy & Principles, adopted in 2015.
