Abstract

Subject, theme, content, ingredient andessence are used in the same meanings. The subject in poetry is defined as thepart of the poem which is outside the formal features of the poem such as rhymeand harmony and filling the work. What emotions and thoughts are focused onfrom the first word to the last word of the poem, what issues are discussed inthe poem and what is told to the reader. The diversity of content in a poet'spoetry shows the poet's might.One of the Arab poets who have contributed tothe development of Arab poetry is Abdulgani b. İsmail en-Nablusi. en-Nablusiwho lived in 1641-1731 in Damascus was among the leading intellectual the wasfamous for his 294 works in various fields such as tafsir, hadith, fiqh, kalam,tajvid, mysticism/sufism, poetry, literature, dream interpretation, travelwriting, history, cifr.

Konu, tema, muhteva, içerik ve öz aynıanlamlarda kullanılan kavramlardır. Şiirde konu, şiirin kafiye, ahenk gibibiçimsel özelliklerinin dışında kalan ve eserin içini dolduran kısım olaraktanımlanır. Şiirin ilk kelimesinden son kelimesine kadar hangi duygu ve düşünceüzerine yoğunlaşıldığı, şiirde hangi meselenin ele alındığı ve okuyucuya nesöylendiğidir. Bir şairin şiirinde muhteva çeşitliliği, şairin şairlikkudretini göstermektedir.Arap şiirinin gelişmesine katkıda bulunmuşArap şairlerden birisi de Abdulganî b. İsmail en-Nablusî’dir. en- Nablusî1641-1731 yılları arasında Dımaşk’ta yaşamış dönemin önde gelenalimlerindendir. Tefsir, hadis, fıkıh, kelâm, tecvit, tasavvuf, şiir, edebiyat,felsefe, mantık, rüya tabiri, seyahatname, tarih, cifr gibi birçok alandayazdığı 294 eseriyle ün salmıştır.
