Abstract

Türk dilinde genel olarak görülen geçmiş zamanın şartını karşılayan “-DI + şahıs eki + ėrse” yapısı Eski Türkçe döneminden başlayarak zarf-fiil işlevini de üstlenmiştir. Yapının kullanımı, Eski Türkçe döneminde seyrek olup Karahanlı Türkçesi döneminde yoğunluk kazanmış, Harezm Türkçesi döneminde zirve noktaya ulaşmıştır. Zarf-fiil işlevi Harezm Türkçesindeki kadar olmasa da Çağatay Türkçesinde de devam etmiş ancak Çağatay Türkçesinin ardılı Modern Özbek Türkçesinde yerini başka ek ve yapılara bırakmıştır. “-sA” şart ekinin zarf-fiil işlevi üzerine birçok çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ise “-sA” ekinin “-DI + şahıs eki + ėrse” şekli ele alınacak, bu şeklin Çağatay Türkçesindeki işlevleri ortaya konulacaktır.
