This release is made to promote the use of detrended fluctuation analysis. The program was written in MATLAB and was accompanied by a graphical user interface. Two applications are included in this package: DFATool for performing the analysis and DFAFit to do the fitting with user defined timescale region. The .docx file within this package is an internal SOP that explains briefly how to use these two applications. These programs were developed initially in 2016 and had been updated several times. They have been tested many times and used in our group, the Medical Biodynamics Program (https://sleep.med.harvard.edu/research/labs/112/Medical+Biodynamics+Program+MBP), for many projects.
