Abstract

DaFi is a C++ program that can filter datasets based on the sum of values in each row and/or the presence, i.e. how many values are above 0. It expects a table with the first row being the row names, and the first column being the column names. https://github.com/InaMariaDeutschmann/DaFi Changes to previous version: Updated Tracker output in log file -> included if-condition(if output should be made) before going through lines -> will increase the speed a bit, since this condition is only checked once -> Bug (last colsum was not considered) is now fixed
