Changing the axiological paradigms in the process of reforming the prosecutor's office of Ukraine should also affect the principles of organization and activity of the prosecutor's office. In the context of reviewing the principles of the prosecutor's office it is possible to achieve the unity of the idea of reforming the prosecutor's office in the context of the European integration paradigm and the practical implementation of concrete steps, in fact the reform process. The article describes the principles of the prosecutor's office in the context of the Eurointegration paradigm. The theoretical and methodical aspects of the principles of the prosecutor's activity are considered and approaches to their classification are investigated. The system of principles of organization and activity of the prosecutor's office is described. The right-realization aspects of the principles of the prosecutor's office are investigated. The recommendations of European legal documents on improving the principles of the prosecutor's office are analyzed. The bulk of the Council of Europe's requirements regarding the professional qualities of the prosecutor are taken into account in national regulations. However, some provisions need to be improved. We believe that, in the context of the European guidelines on ethics and behavior of prosecutors, it is appropriate to point out that the prosecutor must find a fair balance between the general interests of the community and the rights of the individual. This is an important condition for improving the work of prosecutors in accordance with European standards. In the context of European integration, the functioning of the prosecutor's office should take place on the principles of the rule of law, human rights protection of the functions of the prosecutor's office and the definition of its tasks and principles, taking into account European standards. A promising direction for further research is the characterization of the human rights protection of the functions of the prosecutor's office.
